APC Chieftain Blasts Nyesom Wike Over Threats to Democracy

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has strongly criticized Nyesom Wike, the Governor of Rivers State, for threatening Nigeria's democracy. The chieftain commended the expulsion of Wike and other anti-party activities by the People's Democratic Party (PDP) during their national convention in Ibadan.

The move is seen as a significant blow to the alleged agenda of President Bola Tinubu within the APC. The chieftain also called on former Senate President Bukola Saraki, former Jigawa State Governor Sule Lamido, and Jerry Gana to reject Wike's actions.
