Nollywood actress Rita Edochie has publicly criticized Judy Austin, the second wife of Yul Edochie, for offering relationship advice to young women despite her own involvement in an extramarital affair. Recently, Austin advised women not to marry men who are already in relationships, which Edochie found hypocritical given that Austin is married to Yul Edochie, who was already in a marriage when their relationship began.

Edochie emphasized that one should not preach against actions they themselves are guilty of, stating that Austin's advice is contradictory and lacks credibility. She pointed out that Austin should first address her own situation before advising others, labeling it as a form of hypocrisy.

Edochie further remarked that individuals with flawed foundations should not attempt to guide others, urging Austin to reflect on her own story and clean her own mirror before offering moral lessons.
