Isaac Fayose Disappointed by Lack of Appreciation from Obi

Isaac Fayose, a businessman, publicly expressed his disappointment regarding the lack of appreciation from Peter Obi, the Labour Party's 2023 presidential candidate, after he campaigned and financially supported Obi during the last general elections. Fayose made these remarks in a video on Friday, responding to criticism following a meeting with Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Tinubu.

He stated that he had invested significantly in Obi's campaign, even providing accommodations for supporters. Despite his efforts, Fayose felt that his contributions were not acknowledged by Obi.

He criticized the political future of Nigeria, asserting that people should not wait for their own liberation. Fayose announced his decision to support Bola Tinubu in future elections, emphasizing that his political allegiance had not changed despite spending time with Seyi Tinubu and others discussing political issues.

He denied any allegations of switching political allegiance for financial gain and maintained that he could engage in politics without hostility.
