Toyin Abraham Vows Never to Greet Funke Akindele Again

During a recent public event, Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham reacted strongly after being snubbed by her colleague Funke Akindele. The incident took place at a movie premiere hosted by Iyabo Ojo, where Toyin approached to greet Iyabo and Merci Aigbe.

However, when Toyin attempted to acknowledge Funke, she reportedly turned her face away, failing to acknowledge Toyin's presence. This created an awkward scene, leading Toyin to quietly leave the table.

Following the viral video of the incident, Toyin expressed her feelings in the comments section of a blog, stating that she had already cut ties with Funke on social media and would not greet her again. Although Toyin later deleted this comment, it sparked reactions across social media, with some people supporting Funke's actions due to past disagreements involving filmmaker Kunle Afolayan, while others felt the situation could have been handled more civilly in public.
