Ikorodu City Ends Rangers' Unbeaten Streak in NPFL

In a significant match in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Week 6, Ikorodu City ended Enugu Rangers' unbeaten streak with a commanding 2-0 victory at the Mobolaji Johnson Sports Arena in Lagos. Aderemi Adeoye and Emmanuel Ikechukwu scored in each half, marking Ikorodu City's second win of the season and handing Rangers their first defeat.

Meanwhile, Enyimba, after a series of four defeats, managed to secure their first point of the season by holding Kano Pillars to a goalless draw at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano. Prior to this draw, Enyimba had faced back-to-back home losses to Inter and Sporting FC, along with two away defeats.
