Actor Wale Akorede Okunnu Calls Out Olasco Films Over Unpaid Job

Veteran Nigerian comic actor Wale Akorede Okunnu, popularly known as Okunnu, has criticized Olasco Films for failing to pay him for a job he did for them years ago. In a trending interview with media personality Olugbenga Oropo on the Valentin Saworo program, Okunnu expressed his displeasure, stating that he has not forgiven Olasco for not compensating him for his work.

He narrated how he was not paid a dime for his role in a movie produced by Olasco Films, emphasizing that he has not received any form of payment to date. Okunnu highlighted his disappointment with Olasco Films, particularly mentioning Mr. Akeem Balogun, the head of Olasco.

The actor revealed that despite his significant contribution to the movie, he did not receive any compensation, not even a small amount. Okunnu's public call-out has sparked discussions about fair compensation in the Nigerian entertainment industry.
