Kristian Prenga Vows to Shock Anthony Joshua in Jeddah

Kristian Prenga, a heavyweight boxer based in New Jersey, has warned Anthony Joshua that he will "shock" him during their upcoming bout scheduled for July 25 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Speaking at a press conference, Prenga, who has a record of 20 wins and 1 loss with 20 knockouts, expressed confidence in his ability to upset Joshua despite being regarded as the underdog.

At 35 years old and standing six feet five inches tall, Prenga has trained hard and feels mentally and physically prepared for the fight. He mentioned that he initially did not believe he would get the opportunity to fight Joshua but is now ready to prove himself.

Prenga's manager, Keith Sullivan, echoed his sentiments, suggesting that Matchroom Boxing may have underestimated Prenga. Joshua, a two-time world champion, has not fought since December 2025 and is preparing for this significant matchup following personal tragedies.
