Lere Olayinka Criticizes Sim Fubara Over Alleged Weakness in Controlling Rivers Assembly

Lere Olayinka, the Senior Special Assistant on Public Communication and Social Media to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), criticized Sim Fubara, the Minister in charge of controlling the Rivers State House of Assembly, for being weak if Governor Nyesom Wike is controlling the assembly. Olayinka accused Fubara of allowing Wike to manipulate the state's political structure, indicating a lack of strength on Fubara's part.

Olayinka highlighted the importance of Fubara taking control of the political dynamics in the state. The comments were made during a feature on a morning television program.

Olayinka suggested that the situation indicated a weakness on Fubara's part, especially if 27 out of the 30 assembly members were under Wike's influence. The criticism implied a lack of political control and strength on Fubara's side, urging him to assert his authority over the assembly.
