Lagos Transport Fest 2026 to Focus on Mobility Innovations

The eighth edition of Lagos Transport Fest is scheduled for December 1 at the Landmark Event Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos. The event, organized by Eventhive and themed ‘Building a Connected, Competitive and Sustainable Transport Economy,’ will address critical topics such as trade corridors, urban mobility, electric vehicles, and transport infrastructure financing.

Jamiu Ijaodola, CEO of Eventhive, stated that the event has significantly grown over the past seven editions, marking an important step forward with the introduction of the Automotive Expo. This expo will showcase vehicles, mobility technologies, and solutions from automotive brands, manufacturers, and other industry stakeholders.

The discussions will focus on developing multimodal trade corridors, enhancing Lagos’ urban mobility system, and exploring financing models for transport infrastructure. The organizers emphasized that rising economic activity and trade volumes are increasing the demand for efficient transport infrastructure capable of moving people and goods effectively.
