INEC Declares Soludo of APGA Winner of Anambra Governorship Election

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Professor Charles Soludo of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) as the winner of the Anambra State Governorship Election. Soludo secured overwhelming votes across the state's 21 local government areas, defeating his closest rival, Nicholas Ukachukwu of the Progress Congress (APC).

Soludo's victory was attributed to his strong performance across LGAs, maintaining a wide margin ahead of Ukachukwu. The election saw a total of 15 candidates vying for the governorship position, with Soludo emerging as the clear winner with 422,664 votes.
