Ganduje Urges Kano Government to Adopt His Security Model Amid Rising Insecurity

Former Kano State Governor and APC Chairman, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has advised the current Kano State Governor, Abba Yusuf, to implement his security strategies to tackle the increasing insecurity in the state. Ganduje highlighted the importance of strengthening local vigilance networks, community policing, intelligence sharing, and coordination among security agencies.

He expressed concern over recent attacks in Shanono and Tsanyawa that resulted in casualties and kidnappings, urging the government to take urgent action. Ganduje emphasized the collective responsibility of citizens, traditional institutions, and security agencies in combating insecurity.
