Tinubu Names Ribadu to Lead US-Nigeria Security Committee

Bola Tinubu has approved the establishment of a US-Nigeria Joint Working Committee to address security challenges in Nigeria. Nuhu Ribadu will lead the Nigerian side, supported by a team comprising senior officials from relevant government ministries.

The initiative aims to deepen collaboration between the two countries in tackling security issues. Meanwhile, allegations regarding security in Zamfara state have been dismissed by the Minister of State for Defence, Mohammad Matawalle.
