International Breweries Q2 2026 Unaudited Results Approved by Board

International Breweries Plc (NGX: INTBREW) disclosed to the Nigerian Exchange that its Board of Directors, meeting via teleconference on Friday, 24 July 2026, passed three resolutions relating to its half-year financials.

The board approved the unaudited financial statements for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026. The Company Secretary was authorised to submit the statements to relevant regulatory authorities in prescribed forms and to publish them in two national dailies.

The filing also confirmed that the company's Closed Period, which commenced on 1 July 2026, remains in effect and will only be lifted twenty-four hours after the unaudited financial statements are officially released to the public. During a closed period, directors and designated insiders are restricted from trading in the company's shares.
