The playoffs will consist of two paths: Pathway 1 will see Jamaica face DR Congo after Jamaica's 1-0 victory over New Caledonia, while Pathway 2 will feature Iraq against Bolivia, who won 2-1 against Surinam. Each match will consist of 90 minutes, with extra time and penalties if necessary.

The tournament draw will be held in Switzerland on November 20, allowing teams to prepare for the qualification matches.
