ipNX Urges Reliable Infrastructure for AI Adoption in Nigerian Healthcare

ipNX Nigeria's Group Managing Director, Ejovi Aror, called for a reliable backbone infrastructure to facilitate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Nigerian medical industry. Speaking at the Nigeria AI Forum Medical Directors Workshop, Aror emphasized the need for local infrastructure to support AI applications in clinical settings, reducing the reliance on foreign talent.

The event, held at Obafemi Awolowo University's Knowledge Park, brought together medical professionals, researchers, and ICT industry stakeholders to discuss the transformative potential of AI in healthcare. Aror participated in a panel session on AI and robotics in clinical practice, highlighting the parallels between AI adoption in medicine and early developments in the Nigerian banking sector.
