Dangote: Invest ₦100k, Become a Millionaire in 2 Years

Aliko Dangote, the President of the Dangote Group, announced that an investment of ₦100,000 in the company's ongoing Initial Public Offering (IPO) could grow to ₦1 million within one or two years. During an interview with Arise Television, Dangote emphasized that such investments could provide financial security for individuals, particularly those with children studying abroad, especially in the context of potential further devaluation of the naira.

He highlighted that investors would benefit from dollar-denominated dividends, which would serve as a safeguard against currency depreciation. Dangote stated, “At least what we are looking at, if you invest like something like maybe N100,000 naira, you know, within one year, two years or so, you are talking about you becoming a millionaire.” He reassured potential investors that they would be financially secure, even amidst currency fluctuations.
