APC Dismisses Speculation on Tinubu Dropping Shettima as Running Mate in 2027 Elections

Various individuals, including Ibn Ibrahim and Bashiru Akanbi, reacted to the development. Daniel Bwala, a special adviser to Tinubu, highlighted the importance of political stability amid potential crises.

Nantaw Yilwatda, the APC chairman, commented on the political situation in River State, referencing the impeachment move against Governor Siminalayi Fubara and tensions with Nyesom Wike. The party aimed to maintain focus on governance and avoid unnecessary speculation.
