Tiwa Savage Defends Collaborations with Female Artistes

Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage has responded to criticism claiming she does not support or collaborate with female artistes in the music industry. During an interview with Madam Joyce, Savage clarified that she has previously worked with several prominent female artistes, including Waje, Ayra Starr, Simi, Asa, Efya, Becca, and Di’Ja.

She expressed her openness to future collaborations with women but pointed out that the issue often arises after the songs are released. Savage stated that some female artistes she has featured have not adequately promoted the projects, which negatively affects their performance.

She questioned the criticism she receives when collaborating with male artistes, despite her history of working with women. Tiwa Savage has also collaborated with leading male artistes such as Wizkid, Davido, Young Jonn, and Odumodublvck.
