Nafiu Bala Takes Charge as ADC National Chairman

Nafiu Bala has assumed office as the National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) following Ralph Nwosu's resignation. Bala, the former Deputy National Chairman, declared himself the authentic chairman in line with the party's constitution and the Electoral Act.

He criticized the process that led to David Mark's interim chairmanship, calling it unconstitutional. Bala emphasized that the transfer of power to the deputy chairman is a clear provision in the party's constitution.

His declaration aims to solidify his leadership position within the ADC amid opposition from other party members.
