Jessie J Celebrates Being Cancer-Free After Diagnosis

British singer Jessie J, born Jessica Cornish, declared she is cancer-free nearly a year after being diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer in June 2025. The 37-year-old artist had to pause her performances to undergo surgery and treatment following her diagnosis.

In a recent update shared on Instagram, Jessie J posted a video of herself undergoing an MRI scan as part of her medical follow-up. She expressed overwhelming relief upon receiving the results, which confirmed she is cancer-free, stating it was the first time in a year she could exhale.

Jessie J has been open about her health struggles over the years, which include a childhood heart condition, a stroke during her teenage years, temporary deafness in 2020 due to Meniere's disease, and a diagnosis of ADHD and OCD in 2024. She began performing at age 11 and rose to fame with her unique blend of pop, R&B, soul, electropop, and hip-hop influences.
