FAAC Disburses N2.103 Trillion to FG, States, and LGs for September 2025

The Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) disbursed N2.103 trillion to the Federal Government, states, and local governments for September 2025. The amount included statutory revenue, VAT, and other sources, with a total gross revenue of N3.054 trillion.

While VAT revenue increased, gross statutory revenue dropped compared to the previous month. The breakdown of revenue distribution showed allocations to different tiers of government, with oil-producing states receiving a significant portion.

Bawa Mokwa, the spokesperson for the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation, confirmed the disbursement during a FAAC meeting held in Abuja.
