Former Nasarawa Deputy Governor Solomon Ewuga Passes Away at 70

Former Nasarawa State Deputy Governor and ex-Senator, Solomon Sunday Aku Ewuga, passed away at the age of 70 due to illness. Ewuga, a prominent political figure in Nasarawa state, also served as a senator representing Nasarawa North in the Nigerian Senate.

His demise was confirmed by family sources and colleagues, including human rights lawyer Chidi Odinkalu. Ewuga, who was known for his political career and contributions to the state, had previously defected from the People's Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
