Former PDP National Secretary Udeh-Okoye Resigns, Cites Loss of Ideals

Udeh-Okoye, the former National Secretary of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), has officially resigned from the party, citing the erosion of values and ideals within the party. In his resignation letter addressed to the Agbogugu Ward Chairman in Enugu State, he expressed gratitude for the opportunities given to him by the PDP but lamented the party's loss of moral compass and ideological direction.

Udeh-Okoye's resignation comes amidst reports of prominent PDP members defecting in the Southeast region, possibly linked to internal party crises. Earlier, he was nominated to replace Senator Sam Anyanwu in the South East Zonal Work Committee but his nomination was rejected.
