Gunmen Abduct Five Residents in Fresh Attack on Kano Community

Gunmen abducted five residents in an attack on Lakwaya town in Gwarzo Local Government Area of Kano State. The incident occurred on Sunday night in Zurin Mahauta village, leaving the community in fear and tension.

The village head, Zurin Mahauta Murtala Mai Unguwa, confirmed the attack and expressed concerns over the repeated attacks in the area. The Nigerian Army's 3 Brigade Captain Babatunde Zubairu confirmed the abduction and assured that efforts are underway to rescue the victims and ensure their safe return to their families.
