JUST IN: Kogi Governor Ododo Loses 83-Year-Old Father

Kogi State Governor, Usman Ododo, is mourning the loss of his 83-year-old father, Alhaji Ahmed Momohsani, who passed away on Monday. The sad news was confirmed in a statement by the Kogi State Commissioner of Information and Communication, Kingsley Fanwo.

The statement expressed the government's regret at announcing the passing of the Governor's father and mentioned that the funeral would be conducted in accordance with Islamic rites. The Governor's family and the entire Ododo family were prayed for to have the strength to bear this great loss.

The late Alhaji Ahmed Momohsani Ododo was described as having returned to his Creator at the age of 83.
