Dangote Refinery Raises Petrol Prices Again in 2026

On March 21, 2026, Dangote Refinery announced a fresh increase in the price of premium motor spirit (PMS), raising it from ₦1,175 to ₦1,245 per liter, marking an increase of ₦70 per liter. This price adjustment took effect in the early hours of the day and applies immediately to pending load orders.

The refinery's review also affected coastal supply prices, which moved to ₦1,512,648 and ₦1,606,518 per metric ton. Industry watchers noted that this change reflects ongoing global geopolitical tensions impacting crude oil prices and supply chains.
