Labour Party Candidate Accuses APC of Using Violence to Silence Opposition in Lagos

Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, a governorship candidate of the Labour Party in Lagos, accused the ruling APC of using violence to intimidate the opposition. He alleged that the APC, along with its ally NURTW, issued directives to disrupt opposition gatherings through attacks.

Rhodes-Vivour criticized the APC for stifling dissenting voices and instilling fear to weaken democracy. The candidate highlighted the need for a fair political environment free from violence and intimidation.
