The Nigerian Senate has confirmed Kingsley Udeh as a Minister after his nomination by President Bola Tinubu. Udeh, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, was questioned during the screening session.

He previously served as the Minister of Innovation, Science, and Technology in Enugu State. His nomination came after the resignation of Uchenna Nnaji, who faced controversy over his academic credentials.
