Two SDP Lawmakers Defect to APC in Nasarawa State Ahead of 2023 Elections

In a political move, Musa Gude and Onarigu Kana, members of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly elected on the SDP platform, have defected to the APC. The Speaker of the Assembly, Dr.

Danladi Jatau, welcomed the lawmakers to the APC fold, emphasizing the influence of their decision on the state's development. Governor Abdullahi Sule and APC State Secretary Yariu Dagusa lauded the defection, assuring the lawmakers of equal rights within the party.

Meanwhile, Solomon Akwashiki, another SDP lawmaker, chose to remain with his party, citing personal conviction.
