KSDPC Launches New Products to Boost Kaduna Real Estate

The Kaduna State Development Property Company (KSDPC) has introduced a range of new products to boost real estate investment and revenue in Kaduna State. During the product launch on Monday, KSDPC's General Manager, Olaid Giwa, emphasized the importance of expanding investment opportunities in the real estate sector.

The newly introduced products include KSDPC Invest, KSDPC Tech, and KSDPC Renov, which aim to attract investors and enhance service delivery through digital solutions. KSDPC Tech represents a shift towards digitalization, allowing clients to access services online.

KSDPC Renov focuses on revitalizing abandoned and underutilized properties, enabling property owners to renovate and lease to suitable tenants for income generation. Joshua Jame, Special Assistant to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of KSDPC, noted the need for innovative approaches in the housing sector to remain competitive.

Amina Musa Aliyu highlighted the renovation scheme that assesses dilapidated properties for necessary repairs, ensuring sustainable management of residential buildings.
