Kaduna Lawmaker Daniel Amos Defects from PDP to APC Citing Internal Issues

Kaduna lawmaker Daniel Amos has officially defected from the People's Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC). Amos, representing Jema'a/Sanga Federal Constituency in Kaduna State, made the announcement during a rally in Kafanchan.

He expressed dissatisfaction with the PDP's internal conflicts and stated his desire to support the development efforts of Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani, particularly in peacebuilding and economic growth. Amos highlighted the loss of focus within the PDP and the increasing attractiveness of the opposition party.

His decision was influenced by consultations with his constituents and alignment with the policies of APC leader Bola Tinubu's administration.
