Kwankwaso Denies Rift with Kano Governor Yusuf, Emphasizes Loyalty

Former presidential candidate of the New Nigerian People's Party (NNPP), Rabi'u Kwankwaso, has refuted claims of a rift with Kano State Governor Abba Yusuf. In an interview with BBC Hausa, Kwankwaso dismissed the allegations, stating that there is no disagreement and highlighting the governor's merit and loyalty to the Kwankwasiyya movement.

He emphasized that the accusations are mischievous attempts to sow division and that Governor Yusuf has been given opportunities to excel. Kwankwaso also mentioned ongoing support for the governor and debunked rumors of controlling government contracts.
