Ademola Lookman scored the match-winning goal for Atlético Madrid in a 1-0 victory against Girona on the night of Griezmann's final home game at the Metropolitano Stadium. Lookman's goal, his fourth in 11 appearances for Atlético since joining in the January transfer window from Atalanta, was assisted by Antoine Griezmann with a close-range low pass.
