Labour Party Faction Accuses INEC of Fabricating Court Order, Alleges Political Fraud

The Labour Party faction has accused INEC of fabricating a court order to recognize Julius Abure as the party chairman, despite a Supreme Court judgment upholding Nenadi Usman's leadership. The faction led by Usman alleges collusion between INEC's acting chairman, Mai Agbamuch Mbu, and Abure to subvert justice.

Usman has called for Mbu's arrest and prosecution for forgery, threatening to occupy INEC headquarters until the matter is resolved.
