Labour Party Inaugurates Caretaker Committee in Taraba State

The Labour Party in Taraba State has inaugurated a caretaker committee after the expiration of the previous executive's tenure. The ceremony, held at the party's state secretariat in Jalingo, saw the appointment of Rev.

Simon Zubairu as the new caretaker chairman. Outgoing chairperson Dr.

Esther Johnson Gulmu commended the peaceful transition and reaffirmed the party's commitment to democratic principles. The new leadership, led by Rev.

Zubairu, pledged to work towards unity and progress within the party. Governor Agbu Kefa was lauded for his peace initiatives.

The committee includes various members like Augustine Bazin, Deborah Chenni, and Lydia Johnson.
