Lagos Assembly Appoints First Female Clerk, Adenik Oshinowo

On Tuesday, during a plenary session, the Lagos State House of Assembly confirmed the appointment of Adenik Oshinowo as the first female Clerk in the history of the state. This significant appointment was ratified by the assembly and recognized by the Speaker, Mudashiru Obasa, who highlighted Oshinowo's dedication and years of service to the assembly.

Alongside Oshinowo, Olaosebikan Ebenez was confirmed as the Deputy Clerk, while Latifat Ogbara was appointed as the Substantive Chairman of the Lagos State House of Assembly Service Commission (LAHASCOM). Additionally, Remi Bello and Adeola Victoria Modup were confirmed for other roles within the commission.

The Speaker's statement emphasized that these appointments would enhance the administrative capacity of the assembly.
