Periwinkle Empir Partners for Luxury Condo in Banana Island

Periwinkle Empir, Bozac Continent Limited, and Legacy Automobile Limited have formalized a tripartite joint venture to develop a luxury high-rise condominium in Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos. The agreement was signed in a ceremony attended by senior executives from the three firms.

The project will encompass a residential tower covering 3,000 square meters, situated on a waterfront adjacent to a plot located at 101 Close off 1st Avenue, beside the Ocean Paradise Tower. Dr.

Chiedu Nweke, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Periwinkle Empir, emphasized the seamless execution of the deal, attributing it to the long-standing relationship among the parties. Sir Patrick Ikechukwu Chibuez, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bozac Continent Limited, noted the strategic partnership, while High Chief Sir Okei Ezib from Legacy Automobile Limited expressed confidence in the project.

Tund Olatunji, popularly known as Mr. Condo, has been appointed as the lead developer alongside Buildisa Construct FZE, which will serve as the lead contractor.

Construction is expected to commence within the current fiscal quarter, featuring ultra-luxury condominiums with private amenities and panoramic waterfront views.
