Hansi Flick, the manager of FC Barcelona, commended Kylian Mbappé, stating he is the best striker in the world and a dangerous player in front of goal. This statement came in response to claims that Real Madrid performs better without Mbappé.

The French forward, currently recovering from a hamstring injury, has been absent from the pitch while Real Madrid secured a 2-0 victory against Espanyol. Flick questioned whether Real Madrid exhibited greater cohesion in the absence of the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner.

He emphasized that Mbappé is a significant threat in various situations, both inside and outside the penalty area. Despite his injury, Mbappé has made a remarkable contribution of 41 goals and 11 assists in 100 appearances for Real Madrid, with a total of 85 goal contributions across competitions.
