Mbappe Defends Diomande Amid €140M Transfer Criticism
Kylian Mbappe, a forward for Real Madrid, has publicly supported Yan Diomande, who recently became the club's record signing after transferring from RB Leipzig for €140 million. Despite Diomande's lack of goals and underwhelming performance in LaLiga thus far, Mbappe believes in his quality and potential to succeed with Los Blancos.
He stated, “You can clearly see the quality! We will try to protect him,” addressing the scrutiny surrounding Diomande's hefty transfer fee.
Mbappe emphasized that Diomande has already demonstrated his capabilities and urged fans to be patient as he adjusts to his new environment.
