Sadiq Scores Again as Valencia Defeats Girona 2-1

Umar Sadiq scored for the second consecutive game, contributing to Valencia's crucial 2-1 win against Girona at Mestalla on Saturday. Sadiq's goal came nine minutes after Largi Ramazani had given Valencia the lead just before halftime.

This performance follows Sadiq's equalizing goal in a 1-1 draw against Real Mallorca earlier in the week. The 29-year-old forward joined Valencia on a permanent transfer from Real Sociedad in January and has since recorded three goals and two assists in 15 league appearances.

Following this victory, Valencia, under the management of Carlo Corberan, moved to 11th position in the league table.
