In 2025, the Nigerian healthcare sector achieved a market capitalization of ₦466.73 billion, marking a significant 220.9% increase from ₦145.4 billion in 2024. This growth indicates strong performance within the sector, which accounts for 0.47% of the total Nigerian Exchange market, valued at ₦99.38 trillion.

Four pharmaceutical firms reported returns exceeding 100% by the end of the year, attributed to higher sales of pharmaceutical products. Among these companies, Pharma Deko Plc ranked ninth with a market capitalization of ₦396.7 million as of the last trading day in 2025.

This figure remained unchanged from 2024, reflecting stagnant price movement throughout the year, as its share price remained frozen at ₦1.83 per share, with 216.8 million shares outstanding.
