Latest update on Romelu Lukaku's injury

Napoli, the Serie A champions, have been dealt a major blow as star striker Romelu Lukaku has suffered a serious thigh injury in a friendly match against Olympiacos. The Belgian forward is expected to be out for at least three months, leaving manager Antonio Conte without his key player at the start of the new season.

Lukaku has already begun the rehabilitation process and will undergo surgery as advised. Napoli are now looking for reinforcements, with reports suggesting they have a shortlist including Joshua Zirkzee, Mateta, Artem Dovbyk, and Nikola Krstovic.
