FirstBank Launches 2026 Pan-African Graduate Trainee Programme

FirstBank has initiated the 2026 Pan-African Graduate Trainee Programme, designed to attract, develop, and retain exceptional graduates across Africa. This program aims to nurture the next generation of leaders within the banking sector by providing practical work experience across various departments.

Participants will receive structured training, mentorship, and exposure to gain knowledge and skills necessary for future leadership roles. The initiative supports FirstBank's commitment to building a future-ready workforce and strengthening its talent pipeline across Africa.

The programme will operate in seven African countries, including Nigeria, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Guinea, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Gambia. Applications are currently open and will continue until the application window closes.

This initiative is part of FirstBank's strategy to transform the banking landscape in Africa by fostering innovation and leadership among young professionals.
