Lesotho FA Celebrates as South Africa Forfeits World Cup Qualifier Points

The player, Teboho Mokoena, was supposed to serve a suspension but played, leading to the sanctions. This decision reshaped the qualification group, benefiting Lesotho, who moved to the top spot with nine points.
