Osun Court Grants Leave to Quash Case Against Bank in Legal Battle

The Osun State High Court in Osogbo has granted leave to quash a case against United Bank for Africa (UBA). The court's decision came after a motion was filed to quash criminal proceedings that were being held at the Magistrate Court in the state capital.
