Iyabo Ojo and Toyin Lawani Reunite After Long Feud

Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has reconciled with celebrity fashion designer Toyin Lawani after a prolonged estrangement. On Instagram, Iyabo shared pictures with Toyin and expressed that their time apart allowed them to gain a new perspective on their friendship.

She stated, “Life taught us that real friendships aren’t perfect, they are real,” tagging Toyin Lawani in her post. The two women had previously been close and were associated with the reality television show, The Real Housewives of Lagos.

However, their friendship deteriorated around 2022 due to a public disagreement linked to Toyin’s relationship with Laura Ikeji, who had conflicts with Iyabo. Iyabo had questioned Toyin’s closeness to Laura and accused her of gossiping, while Toyin supported Laura, escalating the tension.

This fallout led to both celebrities unfollowing each other on Instagram and noticeable absences at family events. The reconciliation is marked by them following each other again on social media.
