Linkage Assurance Profit Falls 25% Despite Increased Premium Income

Linkage Assurance Plc's unaudited financial statement for the nine months ending September 30, 2025, shows a 25% decrease in profit after tax to N3.12 billion compared to N4.16 billion in the same period in 2024. The company's insurance revenue grew to N19.2 billion, driven by business contracts in various sectors.

However, increased operational expenses, higher claims, and reinsurance costs led to a decline in profitability. Despite challenges in the macroeconomic environment, the company's investment income remained strong.

Linkage Assurance's market capitalization has seen a significant rise this year.
