Lucky Djebah Appointed Executive Director of Rank Capital

Lucky Djebah has been appointed as the Executive Director of Rank Capital, effective immediately. This appointment aligns with Rank Capital's long-term objective to evolve into a full-scale financial institution focused on democratizing wealth creation across the African market.

Djebah will oversee the company's entry into wealth management and investment banking, managing portfolios across equity and treasury instruments, and developing tailored investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. He brings 15 years of experience in Nigeria's financial sector, having previously served as Managing Director at Anchoria Securities Limited, and held positions at Mainstreet Bank Securities Limited and Alpha Morgan Capital Advisory Partners Limited.

This appointment follows Rank Capital's recent acquisition of Ajomonei Zazzau Microfin Bank, which aims to strengthen its integrated financial ecosystem and focus on inclusive banking services. Femi Iromini, CEO and co-founder of Rank Capital, stated that Djebah's experience will support the company's transition into a high-growth fintech platform.
