Tinubu's Aide Defends EFCC Amidst Opposition Criticism

In a statement, Tinubu's aide, Temitope Ajayi, defended the EFCC's actions against former Governor Nasir El Rufai and Aminu Tambuwal, amidst accusations from the opposition. The African Democratic Congress (ADC) coalition members raised concerns over the investigation, led by Abubakar Malami.

Ajayi emphasized that opposition does not grant immunity from law enforcement and prosecution. The controversy stemmed from allegations of corruption and the revocation of bail for attending a political rally in Kebbi State.
