Man Arrested with Four Human Heads in Ogun State, Nigeria

In Ogun State, Nigeria, a man named Gafaru Rasaki was apprehended by the police for possessing four human heads that he allegedly exhumed from a cemetery in Sagamu. The arrest was made by operatives of the Shagamu Police Division on January 21, 2026, following intelligence reports.

Babaseyi Oluseyi, the spokesperson for the Ogun State Police Command, disclosed that thorough investigations revealed the suspect's involvement in the unlawful act of exhuming human remains, which constitutes a serious violation of the law. The suspect was charged to court after being interrogated, and the police reiterated their commitment to public safety.

This incident follows a previous arrest where three suspects were apprehended in Mowe, Ogun State, for allegedly conspiring to possess human skulls.
